Hi my friend! I am so glad you are here. I struggled with my relationship with food and my body for many years. I thought for so long that I had a problem with food. It was not until I learned that food was not the problem at all, it was relationship with myself that was the problem.
My struggles with food faded when I learned to be happy with myself and reconnect to my body. I learned how to tap into my own body’s needs and listen to what I truly am craving, and tune out all of the outside noise. I am here to help you reconnect back to your body, and develop a intuitive approach to eating and living, so you can live the life that you have been dreaming of.

Finding Wellness is a podcast dedicated to interviewing individuals in the wellness space about what led them to a career in wellness.
I offer 1-1 coaching, where we work together to do the deep inner work to heal your relationship with food.
I support clients to let go of dieting and be able to listen to their own body’s needs. As a health coach I provide a safe space to come to for support and hold my clients accountable to their goals and desires.
